Sofia Macaluso (she/her) was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and currently studies musical theatre at The University of Oklahoma. She plans on moving to New York City post-grad, and she plans on bringing her cowboy boots up there with her!

In addition to performing, Sofia has a huge passion for graphic design, photography, and video-editing. From directing full-on music videos with her friends, to proudly running OU Musical Theatre’s student theatre account (See The Account’s Content She’s Created Here!), Sofia is always creating.

During her time in school, she’s worked under Ashton Byrum, Paul Christman, Lyn Cramer, Karen Boyd-Bethel, Scott Guthrie and many other wonderful directors and professors. She has learned so much and loved every second of her training. Some favorite credits include Erma in Anything Goes (The Barn Theatre), Rona Lisa Peretti in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, & Judas U/S in Jesus Christ Superstar (OU).
